Sales are placed at postcode precision (the parcel containing the postcode's centre point, which is often the road or a neighbour) - read the address to see which house sold. Owners shown are companies from HM Land Registry's free CCOD/OCOD files; private individuals are in no free dataset and are never guessed at. For the title number, the proprietor as registered and the official plan, order official copies from HM Land Registry at £7 each.
