What you pay for per item
A monthly plan covers the tools. Documents and packs are priced one at a time, and this is every one of them with its price today. Where a plan includes an item you pay nothing for it; where none does, the price is the same on every plan, Business included.
HM Land Registry official copies. We order them, HM Land Registry produces them, and you get the document unmodified. You can also order one yourself from GOV.UK. Order a title.
Looking something up in free open data (sold prices, INSPIRE boundaries, energy certificates, Companies House, the ONS) has no per-lookup charge on a plan that includes it.
The free trial covers the plan, not these. During the 30-day trial the same documents and pack analyses are paid for per item, the credit-priced reports keep their credit price, and the trial comes with no credits.
Where our data comes from
Deal Analyser runs on official UK sources: HM Land Registry Price Paid Data and INSPIRE polygons, the government's Energy Performance register, Companies House and the ONS, held in our own database and refreshed automatically. We do not use third-party data resellers.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
Every new account, however it is created, gets 30 days of everything in Business (Market Intel, below-market-value leads, the motivated-seller radar, your own branding and team management) with no card needed. We do not ask for payment details and nothing renews. It is one free trial per person. On day 30 the extra access stops and you are on the Free plan unless you have chosen a plan; choose one any time before or after. Accounts made before the trial was introduced do not get one, except that an existing account opening Deal Analyser from Freedom Property Academy for the first time gets its 30 days then (one trial per person).
I am a Freedom Property Academy member. What do I get?
If your academy membership is Ultimate or Mentorship, you have Pro here free for as long as the academy says so: Pro's saved deals and tools, with nothing to pay. We re-check it each time you open Deal Analyser from the academy, so if it ever says to refresh your benefit, just open Deal Analyser from the academy again. It does not include the motivated-seller radar or the pay-per-item extras (official copies, packs and credit-priced reports), and you can still choose Sourcer or Business. Every academy member, Ultimate and Mentorship included, also gets the 30-day free trial above, counted from the first time they open Deal Analyser from the academy: Business for 30 days, then Pro for Ultimate and Mentorship, or the Free plan for the rest.
What happens to what I saved when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your saved deals, watched areas and reports stay, and you can still open, edit, share and delete every saved deal. What stops is saving more than the Free plan allows (no new saved deals) and the paid tools. Choose a plan and they are back.
Does the trial include documents and credits?
No. The trial is the plan only. HM Land Registry official copies, the solicitor and auction packs and the credit-priced reports are paid for per item exactly as on any plan, and no credits are included.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Every plan and the radar add-on are monthly Stripe subscriptions. Cancel whenever you like from your account and keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
Can I change my plan myself?
Yes, on this page, with no need to contact us. Moving up (Pro to Sourcer or Business, say) starts straight away: you pay only the difference for the rest of the billing month, and you see the amount before anything is charged. Moving down starts at the end of the month you have paid for, so you keep everything until then, and you can undo it until that day.
Does running the calculator use up my allowance?
No. Calculating is unlimited on every plan, including Free. An allowance is only spent when you save a deal to your account, and it resets on the 1st of each month.
What happens to my saved deals if I hit the Pro limit?
Nothing happens to the deals you already have. You can still open, edit, share and delete every one of them. You just cannot save an eleventh in the same month unless you move to Sourcer, which has no limit.
Do I need credits as well as a plan?
No plan includes credits and no plan needs them. Credits are for the pay-per-use documents listed above, and they are an alternative to paying for those one at a time, not part of any subscription.
Is my card charged during early access?
No. While the early-access badge shows above, every paid feature is free. Pricing switches on only when we launch billing and nothing is charged retrospectively.
