Deal Analyser runs on official UK sources - HM Land Registry Price Paid Data and INSPIRE polygons, the government's Energy Performance register, Companies House and the ONS - held in our own database and refreshed automatically. No third-party data resellers, no per-lookup surprises.
Official HM Land Registry title register copies are a government service (£7 per title via GOV.UK) - we link you straight there rather than resell them.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes - it's a monthly subscription through Stripe, cancel whenever you like and keep access until the period ends.
Do subscribers need credits?
No. Pro includes the paid features. Credits exist for people who'd rather pay per document than subscribe.
Is my card charged during early access?
No. While the early-access badge shows above, every Pro feature is free - pricing switches on only when we launch billing, and nothing is charged retrospectively.
